How to shoot a property and ensure a seamless, high end experience for luxury estate agents and property developers, our videography process, built on the same proven workflows used in film and TV is divided into three key stages. With our Managing Director’s background in film and TV, we’ve adapted these techniques to elevate property videos to a film quality level.
The team crafts a bespoke video script for each property, highlighting its key features in short, easy-to remember lines. We understand that agents are busy and need to visit other properties, so we aim to keep their time on site to no longer than an hour. This approach makes narration feel natural, captures what makes the home unique, and communicates its value in an authentic, engaging way.
After finalising the script and shot list, we arrive on site and capture the property in line with the planned narrative. Every shot is carefully coordinated with the script to create a seamless blend of narration and visuals. We use Netflix approved camera equipment to ensure the property is presented at the highest standard, integrating smooth movement, slow-motion sequences, and cinematic detail shots to elevate the final film.
The final part of the process is where the magic happens. Editing, colour grading, and sound mixing. We use industry recognised editing equipment and techniques to deliver a polished, cinematic result that brings out the best in every property.
